Some of my favorite icons in business always maintain the same things: let your people grow to their potential, don't stand in their way and help them in any way you can. I believe that over the years, in looking at organizational behaviour, that the wheel has been reinvented over and over again. Sure the terminology has changed, the definitions have changed, the fads change, but it all still comes down to the same principles: be respectful, be kind, be trustworthy.
