Thank you, thank you, thank you. Here is the results of the first 30 days of the M.O.B. Project, all of my hard work, perseverance and help from my M.O.B. Squad! I couldn't have been quite as successful without the support from all of you! Again ... thank you, thank you, thank you.
My sisters from anotha motha, love these gals, grew up with them and they have been SO supportive of the M.O.B. project and my journey. Unconditional lovin', yes this is what it looks like. So ... this is a very happy and elated M.O.B. for so many, many reasons. This picture, although not too clear, I think describes how I felt the entire day. I have loved this process so much, the M.O.B. will not be disappearing any time soon and our M.O.B. Squad keeps growing and the support keeps building. I can't wait to see the results of the rest of the M.O.B. squad ... I will be cheering them on the entire time. You don't have to be a M.O.B or a G.O.B. to get in this challenge, you just need to want to improve your life, your health and we can do it together. Check out The Life Blog for the rest of the wedding details as they come in. Check out The M.O.B. 30 Day Fat Blaster Challenge on our Facebook group and join us. I hope that you have been as inspired as I have been and want to continue to make 50 my best year ever. Let's make your 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 AND 80 the best of your life! Keep posted for how CharisOnLife is going to help celebrate these milestones with the team ... it will be awesome!
The thing is, now I feel REALLY motivated to keep on going. Like I said in the MOB results Monday, I don't want to stop, I want to challenge myself to see how far I can go. Great thing is, now I have running mates to do it with me. Isagenix, the company that I get my products from offers a program called The Isabody Challenge for everyone using the Isagenix products the chance to compete for 16 weeks to see how determined you are to transform your bodies. The great thing is, no one is a loser ... we are all getting in shape and making a concerted effort to live a healthy life. At 16 weeks, it will be well ingrained on what the life looks like and I will have transformed my whole way of eating and fitness, and I'm thrilled at the prospect. Truth is I've been sitting around for too long.
The Isabody Challenge
Here is my motivation: NUMBER ONE: To have the incentive to live a healthier life, I finally want to lose the FLAB! Me and FLAB ... we is gettin' a DIVORCE! NUMBER TWO: No matter what I do, at the end of the challenge everyone receives $200.00 worth of Isagenix product, that's a month of food for me. EVERYONE that enters, gets this! NUMBER THREE: Motivating others to join me in getting healthy and increasing our happiness in life as well as our longevity! NUMBER FOUR: I need another goal to work towards, the wedding will be over this weekend and I need to set my sights on a new point in the horizon. I want to state here that EVERYONE that is using the Isagenix product can enter this contest, and you don't have to aspire to be a fitness competitor! We all just need to get moving a bit more! Extra Motivation: :) 2015 IsaBody Challenge Prizes The annual Grand Prize Winner will be selected from the year’s top fifteen Challenge finalists. Grand Prize Winner

THE EATING PLAN: I am starting off with the 30 Day Fat Burning package and will begin a program called the RACE TO MAINTENANCE! It will continue to encourage weight loss and lean body mass. The program adds more food aka calories so that your metabolism is working even harder, therefore burning more fat and flab. I will still do Cleanse days on the same schedule as I am already on, and I really look forward to them. I am starting two back to back today and tomorrow, preparing for the wedding and the onslaught of fabulous Mexican food and well ... Vodka. Haven't had a cocktail in a long time, definitely not since I started this journey, not even sure if I will enjoy it! Watch for MORE ON THE MOB ACTIVITY PAGE. So yes, you heard it more food! Truthfully eating more will be difficult, that's been my whole problem in the first place. I am starting my second 30 day goal and will continue until I reach the weight I feel I want to be. I am not setting a goal weight here as I am SO HAPPY that I'm losing any weight at all, that's its all a bonus!
My Fitness Plan:
Well, I'm going to start off slow, things that I have at home that I can use, and of course the beautiful weather, now is a great time to get outside and get moving in the sunshine! Now this part is going to be very challenging for me as I AM NOT AN ATHLETE. I have had spurts where I was a gym fiend, liked to be active, lost weight, but then I lost my motivation, to cut to the chase, I was LAZY. Not only was I physically lazy, but I was Mentally lazy and let my lower ego tell me I could quit, that I didn't really have to go to the gym, that I didn't have to go for a walk, that negative voice in my head no longer exists. Truth is it doesn't have to exist in yours either. Be Strong! I will have more on this part of the process next week after the wedding as I have more exciting news!!!! So please ... All wanna be M.O.B. Squaders ... join the rest of us and enter the CHALLENGE with me!!!!! I DARE YOU!
These are some other pics from this week and again, I couldn't believe the difference. I would show you the MOB dress, but that would be telling or showing if the truth be known ... and you're going to have to wait for those pictures! More today pics: So ... I'm not guaranteeing my math here, from what I can see, I have taken 6.75 inches off this body of mine. That's pretty amazing. I think because of the pizza the other night I am a bit bloated and retaining water from the salt, therefore put on an inch here and there, or put some back. I'm still amazed moreso because I haven't been really diligent in working out. This was a good test, it shows how much weight I could lose without really doing much in the exercise department and I am disappointed that I didn't put more effort in. That's going to change. Now that I can see the results of the Isagenix program and the weight loss, I can only imagine what difference I can make if I take the time to work out as well! I cannot tell you how thankful I am to my dear friend that introduced me to this product line, as it has changed my life and given me a new lease on life. Thank you Jodian, I adore you for it! If I didn't trust in what she says and whom she is, I might not ever have tried Isagenix. Now, I'm on the way to a bigger and better program, more weight loss and I'm making a difference in the lives of others. This project has just motivated me to continue on and keep improving myself. If you haven't picked it up before, even if I didn't lose weight, the thing I am the most thankful for is the energy that I feel every single day, it's like I have a new lease on life every single day. I have not felt this great in at least five years, maybe ten. That's a long time to be working like a dog, raising a family, and not feeling like I had enough energy to do it all. Now, my parents are feeling the same way. I am so proud of them for diving in with pure conviction and willpower into the Healthy Aging Program and the 30 Day Weight loss system. Their results are even more outstanding than mine. My mom lost 4.2 pounds in her first week and 10.5 inches, and my dad, 7.6 pounds and 5.5 inches. I'm so excited that they are feeling so fabulous. i can't wait to follow them along on the rest of their 30 Day journey. So that bring me to the next point. Everyone is now at different stages of The MOB 30 Day Fat Blaster and I am going to start another 30 days! Yes... I'm not going to stop ... I want to keep going ... I want to see what I can do in another 30 days! That way we can all keep going together! I'm going to add a different motivation to the challenge and well, truthfully, I will always be the Mother of the Bride. I can't thank all of you enough for following my journey and supporting me every step of the way! Now it's time to get on board with the rest of us and start your own journey! You can do this! Watch tomorrow for the details of the new challenge! Thank you, thank you, thank you. This was the crazy week of no return. We already talked about that one pound that I put back on only to lose it the next day. I did really well this week and kept off the weight that I had lost and I will add my meausurements asap. I'm trying to get the MOB Monday final day measurements out for today so that we can celebrate. Some highlights were the creation of the G.O.B. challenge and the grandparents joining in the fun and games. I was so impressed that my parents came on board! I was a bit worried as my dad likes to snack and he is killing it. My mom is the take charge and is making sure that they follow the schedule and are making delicious dinners for both. They ARE NOT hungry at all! That is the thing that I found as well! No crazy cravings, no urge to break into the snack cupboard and more importantly they are seeing the results already! They are SOOOO thrilled. I'm finding that the results from the other M.O.B. Squaders are much the same! One gal had to wrap her thought process around the cleanse days and we modified her intake so level out her days for her. She is doing great, but did have a few symptoms of detox the first cleanse, as we all do, it's just the gunk coming out of our bodies. Cleanse days, don't bother me in the least now and I actually look forward to them as my body feels refreshed afterwards. Again, cleansing does not mean that you are sitting on the can for two days, this isn't at all part of the process. The water is still a major component to the plan and for some of those who don't' like drinking water, they are actually doing just fine. The IsaSnacks seem to be the SAVE-ALL for most of us, I love those things, totally takes away my craving or feeling hungry, without sticking some sort of crap into my mouth. You saw some of my work moments and my love for the protein bars. Reaching 11 pounds lost this week was more than I could have imagined. I now have running mates that are joining me in the challenge and that is as thrilling as doing the challenge myself. Not only am I making a point of changing my life, my health and my fitness, I'm helping others take the plunge to do the same!
June 22, 2015 The M.O.B. Measurement Monday!
Well, after this weekend and my day in the M.O.B. mobile sweating my buns off, I have come to the conclusion that if you aren't able to drink enough water to keep things flowing through your system, the weight doesn't come off as easily. Now, I know I'm being to hard on myself. As of yesterday I had actually lost a full ten pounds. Today, one crept back up, but I know why. Yesterday in my exhausted, pretend hangover mode, I didn't do too much. I might have had too much eat, but didn't drink enough. At the wedding on Saturday, I had some appy's that I shouldn't have and not enough water. Today, well, my surroundings were not conducive to filtering toxins let's say. The bottom line, I can feel when the weight is coming off and I can feel when my body has a bit of a fit. Perhaps still fighting some old ways. I really need to keep up with the water. This is normal, I'm not some robot, I have to work at the willpower and weight loss thing. Really hard and I have to be unfaltering in my goals. I have set a few other components up to try and bolster some competition and support for others wanting to get in shape or lose weight, some just to get healthy. I hope I can convince them to take the leap. This entire thing is about healthy living, healthy eating, however that develops and transforms itself in your life. I'm so ecstatic with what I have already done, that I want to just keep going. Problem: getting my butt outside to walk. I'm trying to get out once a day and I have missed a few, not many but a few. Truthfully the dog won't let me miss, Miss Lily stands there staring at me until I grab the leash and we go. So ... the CEO of CharisOnLife is also a fitness coach now. Even Dogs need to be diverse in this day and age. I'm fighting being exhausted right now and I'm hoping that it isn't coming out in my writing. It's been a really long day, and baking in my car, did me in. That being said, I drove out to the country this morning, hiked back in enough time to hop in the car for my next adventure today. Busy, busy, crazy day. Here's the M.O.B. Measurements and I am thrilled, the inches are coming off and so is the weight, do you have any idea how good it feels to be even 10 pounds lighter? FABULOUS! My clothes aren't digging into me and I don't feel bulgy everywhere! I didn't want to let my M.O.B. Squader's down and not write this tonight. Keep your chin's up, and let's do this!
I'm pumped!
I'm Stoked! I'm Succeeding! Keep Going Charis ... the M.O.B. of 2015 :) It's M.O.B. Monday and the Stats are in! I have to say that I am duly impressed! Moreover, I feel like a million bucks. I'm not dragging my butt out of bed but wide awake at 6 and ready to go. I've already showered, cut my hair, done my hair, did my M.O.B. morning exercises, took my measurements and have started writing for the day. And ... the time is 7:41. Did I mention I feel fabulous? There is more to say about the program I'm on rather than just the weight loss, the nutritional value of what I'm putting into my body is changing everything. I was lacking energy and it's back! I haven't felt like this in a VERY LONG TIME! The harsh reality I have to face (i should have been more prepared because I knew this would be the case) my boobs are saying goodbye. Yup, sad day. I thought the fact that gravity was starting to kick in was bad but now ... the inches are rolling away. Why is it that the place you least want to lose weight is always the place you lose it first? This has always been the case for me, I lose weight, my boobs go first, I'm okay with that as long as my butt is not far behind. (no pun intended haha anyhow) Let me say how impressed I am with the number of people are jumping on board to the M.O.B. challenge! People are joining in and getting out walking, starting to think differently about how they are eating and actively making the decision to lose weight. Those are all HUGE steps so congrats to you on that! To those of you that have joined me on the same weight management system I'm using ... I'M SO EXCITED! We truly can go on this journey together! LET'S ROCK IT! So ... let's go over this last week and the first week of The 30 Day M.O.B. Fat Blaster Challenge. I'm going to tell you right now, in my 50 years, I have never felt this good losing weight. My energy is WAY up there ... and so loving that with my busy schedule. My weight ... is way down there ... WOOOOHHHOOOOOO! My motivation is just getting stronger! 26 days left until the wedding! 22 days left in the M.O.B. Challenge! Here are the stats to date: I'm impressed with the stats but as you will notice, I added some extra categories this week, just for my own reference. I want to be really clear that weight isn't always the best way to measure body changes. You have to look at this in all other ways, not just what the scale is telling you. The next thing that will happen as I start increasing my workouts, is that some of my measurements might increase, like biceps and calves. I know from previously working out that my weight also went up because I was building muscle and as we all know, muscle is heavier than fat. So ... what I'm saying is this, keep your perspective on the scale issue, it's relative. Be more aware of how your clothes are fitting and how your body is changing ...
Things I have noticed as the week goes on: 1. My cravings are lessening every day. (sugar isn't even on my radar) 2. I was able to make good food choices when I had to go out to socialize. 3. I'm noticing the other food that I am cooking for my 14 year old, not liking it. 4. I'm noticing that my clothes are fitting different, and they aren't tight. 5. I think the changes in measurements are encouraging. 6. I have ROCKSTAR ENERGY! The ultimate challenge came this weekend when I not only had to cook some things that I love to make but I had to watch other people eating it. I was kind of dreading it. Truth is ... it didn't make a difference. Now this is the thing being the M.O.B. and having all of these wedding functions to attend. It was my daughter's bachlorette party and they were having a great time celebrating, I really noticed that the food that was laid out for the event, did look yummy and delicious, but I have to say I was very okay not eating any. I had my shake prior to attending, had my ice water constantly in my hand and the thought of my dress in constant focus the whole time. All I could think about was M.O.B., M.O.B.,M.O.B.,M.O.B.,M.O.B.,M.O.B.,M.O.B.,M.O.B.,M.O.B.,M.O.B.,M.O.B.,M.O.B., I gotta look fabulous as the M.O.B. I the end, I didn't mind at all and the company was so much fun, I didn't mind not having a couple of cocktails. Yesterday, my dear son, the growing Goliath that he is was starving after his basketball game and pleaded for a double cheeseburger or two at McD's. I said yes, just because he will burn it off, or so I told myself. (This is when I decided that I am going to make changes in his diet as well, more focused on energy and sport performance and his growing nutritional needs.) So ... as he sat there and demolished the food, the few whiffs that I had kinda made me want to eat one, but kind of grossed me out on a whole new level. YAY! Progress! I am a sucker for a Big Mac ... funny thing is I always feel disgusting after eating one. WAY TO GO WILLPOWER! Last evening I was at a BBQ and held my own as well! Ate only the healthy spinach salad, the quinoa salad and these delicious cucumbers and tomatoes. I had just the beef patty from the burgers everyone else was eating and felt perfect! These are all great feats for a first week and I am really impressed with myself. GO CHARIS ... the M.O.B. extraordinaire! Daily Ditherings: Day One June 8, 2015 I’m going to start off talking about the Naked thing … if you haven’t read that blog, it best will help you understand why I have included all of you in my project. I think I can only accomplish that with some evidence, pictures and some measurements, just so that we have a bench mark. Trust me, I want to puke showing you this, I can't believe it myself. I can't believe that the world will now know, it's kinda liberating in a way and it makes me stand up and by accountable for what I have created. If you want to feel liberated, then post away on the group page for The 30 Day M.O.B. Fat Blaster Challenge on Facebook. Trust me, no judgement on my part. In fact I would be extremely proud of you for owning it. Measurements: Area: neck shoulders bust waist bicep wrist belly button hips thighs calves ankles Inches: 13 39 38 36.5 12.5 6 34 44 25.7 14.25 8.7 So … the big launch was today, The M.O.B. Project and I started my latest journey in transformation. My products all showed up at the door and in taking inventory I have to say, I’m really excited. I guess that means that I’m ready to get my butt in gear and loose some poundage. I’m using the Isagenix products because I have seen the results of those that have been on this program and I have to say I was impressed. As you know, it takes a lot to impress me, the part I liked was listening very specifically when they said it was relatively easy and the pounds just came off. I researched about the ingredients, poured over white papers and decide it was worth a try.
Right off the hop, I’ll tell you that I know where some of my biggest challenges are going to be: Drinking enough water. I find it really difficult to drink as much water as I’m supposed to, really hard. I’ve got a glass that is always full and I think that as of right now, 5:36pm, I think I’ve had four 8oz glasses … I have at least four more to go. So … I will pause and guzzle. The other, is not letting in to temptation. Discovery!!! In getting water, I stopped to look at my new IsaBlender that came with my Pacesetter Pak that I am using in this weight loss process. I drink two shakes a day and 400-600 calories of food during the day. The 30-day plan is easy to follow along and everything is mapped out quite nicely. I even have a fool proof chart for what I can choose to during the day. Back to the blender. My Magic Bullet, switch we have been using had recently crapped out, it couldn’t take the smoothie production in our house which always involves, ice or frozen fruit. It wasn’t meant to last. Here’s the thing, although the base crapped out, I just tried to fit my old Magic Bullet cups onto the IsaBlender bases and they FIT! This is rather awesome because now I have a plethora of smoothie/shake cups. Extra Bonus! I like the IsaLean shakes best done in the blender with ice and cold water. They become thick and creamy, and frosty cold. Just perfect. The other thing I like about the shakes is that they are very chocolatey but not sweet, but still very easy to down. More water. I had a salad at lunch with the same fixings as what my son was eating as he had beef soft shells tacos for lunch, just without the shell and the beef, so it was all veggies. I had a protein bar at around 2pm as I could feel my brain shutting down after working on The M.O.B. launch all day. Just let me tell you about the protein bars. In the past, I can’t say that I ever enjoyed protein bars, they always tasted off and a bit chalky. Until now. These protein bars are delicious and I am having to fight off my 14 year-old for them, I might have to hide them the truth be told. Supper is on the stove … the smell is enticing … all the more reason to grab my second shake of the day and curb any cravings. My hips are thanking me, I’m thinking that I might also have to do a food revamp for the kid too … get rid of the cake on the table, no junk food, and for anything that tempts me. Best be safe. I always find that when I’m hungry, I grab something that is quick and it’s usually got sugar in it. Just plain crap. Good riddance to crap. Hello, skinny b**** thighs. Woohooo! So far ... so good. Keep posted as I'm signing off, day one, over and out. FAT BLASTING!
Who the hell doesn't want to blast the crap out of fat? I do. I have a dress to fit in to, I have a wedding to attend, and I am the M.O.B. What better reason to give me the kick in the pants that I need to finally get moving. I'm guessing there are a few of you out there that wouldn't mind dropping a few pounds either. So ... let's do it together. The last piece to my own transformation struggle is my weight and with that fitness, it has ALWAYS been a struggle. There have always been a few extra pounds lurking around Hips Blvd and around the corner on Butt Street, unfortunately, the older I get, the hard it is to navigate those streets and not get lost. I'm pretty sure a GPS won't help in this case. It’s hard to lose weight at any age, never mind at 50. I’ve always been curvy … I’ve never minded it, and I don’t have a negative body image. I really dig what I look like and anyone that wants to love me can love my body too. CURVY ROCKS! HOWEVER … There is undoubtedly room for improvement and to tell you the truth, I’ve just been too damn lazy to do anything about it. I have literally used my busy life: bad timing … emotionally not prepared … the sky was the wrong colour … it was the wrong day of the week … the excuses go on and on and on and on and on for why I haven’t done anything about it. Not anymore, it’s time. Now I’ve tried many things over the years to lose weight … I remember in high school doing the Scarsdale diet … I still hate tuna. Then … I tried the South Beach diet … no great success there either …I tried the Atkins diet, the Mayo Clinic diet, the Suzanne Summers diet and so on. The one I did have success with was called the 6 Week Makeover, it taught me some valuable things, and I did lose weight. What I taught me was that I could do it, I lost thirty-five pounds and was working out like a fiend. I loved it. I have also tried Weight Watchers, but honestly, I was uncomfortable going to the meetings and stepping on that bloody scale with a bunch of people I don’t know. Kudos to all of you that it has worked for, but it’s not in my comfort zone. Weight loss is just very personal to me, AND perhaps I didn’t want to be accountable to anyone else either, which is more likely the reason. Now the thing that I hate most about all of these programs is that my life is so busy I just don’t have time for all of the food prep. (lazy) I’m lucky if I eat in the morning, or at lunch. (lazy) The truth is, I’m overweight because I DON’T EAT ENOUGH! Yes, you heard right. I’m haven’t been getting enough nutrition into my body so it is always in starvation mode. In starvation mode, your body produces fat to protect itself, just in case there isn’t a next meal. The reason I lost weight on the 6 Week Makeover was because I was finally giving my body what it needed, nutrition. My metabolism increased and I was BURNING fat. Now the only thing I disliked about that particular diet and every other is/was, egg whites. I can’t look at another one in the truthfully, I think it’s why I HATE eating eggs. Sorry to your egg producers, but I detest eggs. Not even ketchup helps. Now the part about all of this that gets me is when I do eat, and sometimes it is on the run, I’m not feeding me or my growing 14 year old, the way I should be at times. I keep dreaming of an easier life where food isn’t always such a sore spot. Calories this, fat that … Ugh. He plays sports ... all the time and his growth is off the charts, he needs to be sure he is getting what his body requires to keep up. For me … I’m looking for the energy I need, the brain power, the vim and vigor to get the most out of everyday! I’m too sedentary, so I have to get moving, I have to change what I’m eating … I just have to make a change. Well, my change walked through the door a couple of months ago. A new client that came to work with me, she was looking for coaching from CharisOnStyle. I’ve been coaching her for several months now and what I witnessed was motivating and remarkable, not only did I change her life, but without knowing it, she has also changed mine. Her positive energy was explosive, her determination and sheer willpower to succeed in her life is nothing less than amazing. Did I mention the energy? I NEED ENERGY! How many of you are struggling with weight loss? How many of you are struggling with lack of energy? How many of you are eating crap, or like me, not eating anything at all sometimes? My guess is 90% of you. We’ve probably got the biggest club going. Add to those things, children, spouses, careers, two parents working, single parents, IT’S INSANE! I’m sorry, I just haven’t been able to get up at O’ Dark Hundred to work out, I have been just too LAZY! Good thing I love what I do. My business is taking up much of my time and energy these days which does not leave a whole bunch of time for working out. Yes … technically it is an excuse. But I hate going to the gym, I feel out of place, and I feel self-conscious because I have a few extra pounds packed on those fabulous curvy hips! It’s just not my thing. Not yet anyhow. I have a tread-climber at home, which I don’t use. I have a stack of home DVD’s for exercise that are collecting dust on the shelves and as much extraneous fitness equipment. Truth is … I have just been lacking the motivation. Motivation is a tough one … it’s all in your head, all of it. So … it’s about conquering yourself, telling that negative Nelly or Ned in the back of your head just to sit down and shut the hell up. I CAN DO THIS! I find that this motivation thing works best for me when I set goals, or if I have events so that I have something to work towards. Well, I now have it. I am the M.O.B. What the hell is a M.O.B. you ask? It’s the MOTHER OF THE BRIDE … yes my daughter is getting married. IN 33 DAYS AND COUNTING. Did I mention that my intention all along was to be the SMOKIN’ HOT M.O.B. when they announced their engagement seven months ago. I said to myself … “Excellent, you can lose weight AND get in shape, you’ve got enough time!” What have I done you ask? NOTHING. Absolutely nothing. Not going to lie. I have been so consumed with my business and being exhausted (no energy) I didn’t have time or make the time to even think about it. I came up with a million excuses why not. So now, this sorry and fat ass has exactly 33 days to lose some weight, and get a little bit of tone, somewhere, somehow. My goal … is to still be the SMOKIN’ HOT M.O.B. See the thing here is, I’ve created a reason to do this. To help you and show you that it can be done, and that I support you. I don’t like group weight loss programs with meetings because I have to be in front of a crowd. In sharing this with you, I am making myself accountable, not only to myself, but you all of you as well. We are going on this journey together. Hand in hand we are going to deal with the daily trials and tribulations, the wins and the transformation that I will have in changing my life. This is going to be real, and it might not be pretty (I’ve taken my BEFORE pictures, you will have to close your eyes) so you can see what’s happening. I want to change all of our lives. (Even if it is just by giving you the motivation and the tools to try it too.) So back to my client … I watched her and listened, paid attention to what she was doing, and then I decided I needed to know more. She told me about Isagenix, she said that it changed her life in many ways, (which we can talk about later) and she credited her vim and vigor to the products that she was putting in her body and that of her family. She also is very fitness oriented. It was because of her new energy levels, her nutritional levels, that she had the motivation to continue to transform her body and let me tell you, she looks AMAZING! Motivating … damn right it is. I know I’m not the athlete that she is, and that’s why this is perfect to share with you, because many of you aren’t either. The good thing is, there are many different programs with Isagenix. Weight Loss is only one of them, Energy and Sports Performance is another, and Healthy Aging is the last. The more I learned, the more I realized that this line of products also fit perfectly in my CharisOnLife health and wellness mandate. To be the best we can be, health, fitness and nutrition are key. Even better, I can be a role model, a coach, and a supporter for anyone else trying to make a change. We are what we eat. Which brings us to this point! I invite you to follow me along this journey and we can do it together. Help me meet my goal in becoming that SMOKIN’ HOT M.O.B. that I want to be, by just watching and encouraging. I have created a Facebook page for all those that want to participate or even just cheer me on. The more of you that want to join me, the better, there are strength in numbers. Here is a link to the page for the products that I will be using. http://charisj.isagenix.com if you want the whole experience. I’m going to call it the “The 30 day M.O.B. Fat Blaster Challenge” you get to see me struggle to get into my dress for the wedding … every step of the way! I’m going to only a few changes at a time to my sedentary lifestyle, things that everyone can do comfortably. Like walking, as it is actually still the best thing that you can do! I need to tone up my arms … I want just a bit of definition, so we will experiment with simple exercises that we can do with zero to minor expenditure. I have started a new page on the website, THE M.O.B. PROJECT, as well that is dedicated the all of the different transformations that I will be going through in the next thirty days. All this week I will be featuring new and exciting things that can help all of us get into better shape and mindset. |
